Frequently asked Questions
Your questions, answered
How many hours can I book?
We offer 2-hour and 4-hour experiences, with additional hours available if you’d like to keep the party going.
How far do you travel?
We serve events throughout Rolla to St. Louis area and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply depending on your event location.
How much space does the photo booth need?
We recommend a dedicated 8x8 space for the booth, backdrop, and guest flow. Once we know your venue, we can help determine the best setup location.
Do you provide a backdrop?
Yes! Your experience includes a backdrop of your choice from our available collection.
Are props included?
YES! Includes a curated prop collection: classy and heart-shaped sunnies, lobster claws, disco cowboy and captain hats, a retro telephone, and disco balls. Fun, chic and never cheesy.
How do guests receive their photos?
Digital photos can be shared directly to guests during the event via text or digital sharing. Signature Booth guests can also receive physical prints on-site.
Do we receive all of the photos afterward?
Yes! You'll receive an online gallery after your event so you can look back at all the fun.
Do you stay with the booth during the event?
Our DSLR print experiences include an on-site attendant to keep everything running smoothly and help your guests throughout the event.
How early do you arrive for setup?
We typically arrive approximately 60 to 90 minutes before your scheduled booth start time. Setup and teardown are handled by us and do not count toward your booked booth time.
How do I reserve my date?
Your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and the required retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Can I customize my photo design?
Absolutely! We'll create a custom photo design to coordinate with your event, whether that's your names and wedding date, company branding, colors, or event theme.
What add-ons are available?
You can personalize your experience with upgrades such as our Audio Guestbook, B&W Edit, Keepsake Bar and additional booth hours.
What makes your photo booth different?
Every booth we offer uses a professional DSLR camera and studio lighting. We never use iPads or tablets. That means crisp, high-quality images that look like they came from a professional photoshoot, even in dim reception lighting.
What does "DSLR booth" mean, and why does it matter?
A DSLR is the same professional camera photographers use. We pair it with studio-quality flash lighting, so every photo comes out sharp, flattering and full of detail. Many booths use iPads or tablets, whose cameras can look grainy or washed out in low light. With us, your guests get portrait-quality photos and prints they'll want to keep. Nothing blurry, and no harsh shadows.
